RHKYC Official Invitation - Volvo China Coast Regatta 2017
Dear Sailors,
Hong Kong has some of the finest sailing waters in the world, and they are at their best in the autumn when the north east monsoon forecasts steady winds and sunny skies. The Volvo China Coast Regatta is the RHKYC's premier big boat regatta. This years event will be based at our club house on Middle Island, which is perfectly situated for quick and easy access to the racing areas and provides an ideal venue for post-racing hospitality.
We are planning three days of racing for IRC and two days for HKPN with Welcome Drinks at Kellett Island on Thursday, 12 October, post racing hospitality at Middle Island on Friday, 13 October, a Regatta Dinner and Live Music on Saturday, 14 October, and the Overall Prizegiving Party on Sunday, 15 October. I cordially invite all yacht owners to join us for this event. I promise a warm welcome, great sailing and enjoyment both on and off the water!
